Develop a web application with a great foundation – Twitter’s Bootstrap.
What is Bootstrap?
Bootstrap is a free toolkit from Twitter designed to kickstart development of webapps and sites.
It includes base CSS and HTML for typography, forms, buttons, tables, grids, navigation, and more.
Bootstrap was designed to work out of the gate with modern browsers in mind (although it even supports IE7-9 quite nicely!).
Bootstrap provides and makes available to use commonly used elements of Web Design such as :
- Grid layout
- Alert elements
and lots of other useful pieces that you might need while developing a web application.
You can take a look at Bootstrap and what elements it provides here :
Bootstrap is also on GitHub and please be sure to read their FAQ and Roadmap.
